The short pattern face-to-face dimension is in accordance with ANSI B 16.10 and flange dimensions in accordance with ANSI B 16.5 class 150 lbs to allow for the direct replacement of a fully lined or sleeved plug valve by HORIZON LINED BALL VALVE without alteration to existing pipework.

The low torque feature, which has been tested to be as 66% less than lined plug valves results in easier manual operation, reduced piping stress and considerably lower automation cost.
