HORIZON highly corrosion resistant fluoropolymer and thermoplastic lined Valves are available in PFA, FEP, PVDF. Our diversified choice of materials and in-depth knowledge of industrial processes allow us to assist our customers in the selection of the most appropriate lining for their specific application. The uniform thick linings and ball/stem encapsulations are securely anchored within the valve body by a series of dovetail grooves and pre-drilled interlocking holes. These design features facilitate the handling of process pressure, vacuum, thermal cycling and temperature cycling. HORIZON dense lining are free of voids thus offering long-term resistance to the effects of permeation. The non-stick properties of fluopolymer linings are also ideal for transporting highly viscous fluids.
