Type TMH PTFE smooth bore - flanged ends rated for 150 PSI at 177 DEG.c.
TMH Chemical Transfer Hose combines the corrosive resistance of a smooth bore PTFE liner with a rugged yet flexible metal carcass.
Ideal for loading and unloading tank cars, truck, barges, and process vessels. The liner, made by an exclusive HORIZON Process, extends over the face of the flange to maintain chemical inertness throughout the assembly. Because the liner is completely protected by 321 stainless steel corrugation and overbraid, the hose assembly has a high working pressure at elevated temperatures. Assemblies are equipped with floating Van Stone flanges to facilitated frequent connecting and disconnecting. Normal service temperature for TMH assemblies with PTFE liner is- 29 Deg.C to + 177 Deg. C PTFE liner is standard in all sizes. Maximum length through 100 NB size is 4500 mm and 150 NB and 200 NB sizes is 3000 mm. Minimum recommended length is 300 mm.
